Designed a structured approach to maximize ROI through intelligent budget distribution and KPI planning:
- Monthly budget allocation across channels (Search, Display, Demand Gen)
- Campaign-level budget segmentation based on objectives
- Forecasting of clicks, leads, and revenue performance
- KPI modeling including CPC, conversion rates, and projected ROAS
